About Soldier of Fortune
Soldier of Fortune arrived March 2000 from Raven with Mullins chasing nukes. Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix followed in 2002 with germ weapons. Payback landed in 2007 with a new mercenary crew.
No new game was made after 2007. Play the original first, then Double Helix, then Payback. The GHOUL damage carries straight through. The series rests with community patches carrying multiplayer. The GHOUL limbs fly through every subway with sparks and sirens wailing. The train yards echo with gunfire and whistles.
Good to know
There is no shared campaign since contracts reset, so release order is the practical path. Original first teaches limbs. Double Helix adds stealth. Payback trims to arenas with new crew.
