About Spyro
Spyro the Dragon follows the young purple dragon freeing elders and collecting gems. The original Insomniac trilogy (1998 to 2000) is the core. Later entries rebooted the character through Enter the Dragonfly, A Hero's Tail and The Legend of Spyro trilogy, before Skylanders spun him into toys-to-life.
New players should play the Reignited Trilogy (2018), which remakes the original three. The list below keeps the rest for history.
