About Amici Miei
Amici Miei follows Melandri, Perozzi, Mascetti, Necchi and Sassaroli through Florence pranks. The 1975 original sets the station, hospital and funeral jokes with Monicelli direction. Act II from 1982 returns with the same gang older and meaner.
Act III from 1985 closes the run with new schemes and the same Perozzi narration. The films share the friend logic across all three, so release order tracks the aging best. No fourth Amici was made after the 1980s, which leaves the three as a closed set.
Good to know
Start with the 1975 original to learn the friend rules well, then take Act II as the peak run. Act III assumes the gang seen from the start, so it plays flat as an entry. Films can be sampled, but Perozzi jokes land better in order. Treat the three as complete, since reunion talk never became a film.
