About Creation of the Gods
Creation of the Gods adapts the Fengshen Yanyi tale across a planned trilogy from director Wu Ershan. The first film, Kingdom of Storms, introduces the Shang court, the fox spirit and the heroes who turn against King Zhou. It sets the revolt in motion.
The second film, Demon Force, continues the war directly and raises the stakes around Xiqi. A third film is planned to close the story, but it has no firm date yet. The trilogy tells one straight story, so there is no separate timeline to untangle.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing, since the films follow one campaign in sequence. Watch Kingdom of Storms before Demon Force, because the second assumes you know the court, the talismans and who switched sides. The third film should close the arc once dated, so treat the current end as a pause rather than a finale.
