About Drunken Master
Drunken Master pairs Yuen Woo-ping's 1978 original with Lau Kar-leung's 1994 sequel, both starring Jackie Chan as Wong Fei-hung. The first builds the drunken boxing training under Beggar So, while the second returns Chan to the role sixteen years later.
Watch the original before the sequel since the character carries over. A same year third film with a different cast sits outside the Chan duology, which closed with no further sequel announced. The first builds the drunken boxing training under Beggar So, while the second returns Chan to the role sixteen years later in Canton.
