About Halloweentown
Halloweentown follows Marnie Cromwell learning she is a witch from a hidden town. The original premiered October 1998 on Disney Channel. Kalabar Revenge followed in October 2001 and Halloweentown High in October 2004, with Marnie bringing witches to mortal school.
Return to Halloweentown in October 2006 sends Marnie to Witch University with Sara Paxton replacing Kimberly J. Brown, who played Marnie in parts 1 through 3. Three Chibi Tiny Tales shorts arrived in October 2020 as extras. No fifth film is greenlit as of September 2026 despite cast interest talk.
Good to know
There is no chronological split. All four films follow Marnie in order, so release order is story order. The recast in part 4 has no plot reason, and the film never explains the new face. Watch 1 through 4 straight. The 2020 Chibi shorts are optional bonuses after part 4. They run a few minutes each.
