About Home
Almost Home from 2014 runs four minutes as a Boov planet hunt shown with other films in theaters. Home from March 2015 follows Oh and Tip crossing Earth in a flying car, with Jim Parsons and Rihanna leading. It earned 386 million on a 135 million budget.
Home: Adventures with Tip and Oh ran 52 episodes across four seasons from July 2016 to July 2018 on Netflix, plus the Home for the Holidays special in December 2017. Only Matt Jones as Kyle returns for the 2D series run. The show left Netflix in April 2024 and no sequel film exists.
Good to know
Watch Almost Home, then the 2015 film, then the series with the holiday special between seasons 3 and 4. The series recasts Tip and Oh, so expect new voices after the film ends. Talk of a Home 2 comes only from fan pages, with no DreamWorks announcement at all, so the 2018 finale stands as the close.
