About KGF
KGF follows Rocky, a Mumbai orphan who fights his way into the Kolar Gold Fields to kill the heir Garuda and take the mines for himself. Chapter 1 covers his rise from street fighter to mine infiltrator across the 1970s gold rush, ending as he claims power.
Chapter 2 follows his rule as the fields turn against him, with the government, old owners and Adheera closing in. Watch Chapter 1 then Chapter 2. A third chapter has been discussed by the makers but has no date, so the two-film run is the full released list and release order matches story order throughout.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order here, because Chapter 1 ends where Chapter 2 begins and both follow Rocky straight through. Chapter 1 sets up the mine hierarchy and Garuda, while Chapter 2 pays off the takeover and the Adheera threat. Watch in release order. If a third chapter gets dated, it will slot after Chapter 2 as a direct continuation.
