About The Mangler
The Mangler from March 3, 1995 follows officer Hunton and Gartley's possessed speed folder in Maine, directed by Tobe Hooper with Robert Englund and Ted Levine. It earned 1.8 million domestically for New Line. The Mangler 2 from 2002 moves the evil software into a private school computer system with new teens.
The Mangler Reborn from 2005 works as a prequel about a repairman rebuilding the machine. All three adapt King's Night Shift story loosely. No new entry has been announced. Each runs standalone with a new machine host.

There is no continuing cast to track, so watch in release order. The original is the only theatrical entry, the next two are direct to video with smaller budgets. Reborn replays the origin, which is why it sits last despite being earliest in story for some viewers.
