About The Mechanic

Release order works with one caveat: the 2011 film remakes 1972, so purists sometimes watch the two versions back to back before Resurrection. The remake softens the original's bleak final beat considerably. No fourth entry has been announced, so the three films are complete. Bishop's mentorship of Steve stays the core of every version.
