About Mr. Bean
Mr. Bean began with 15 TV episodes from 1990 to 1995 with Rowan Atkinson's near-silent schemer and his Teddy. Bean (1997) from Mel Smith takes him to Los Angeles guarding Whistler's Mother. Mr. Bean's Holiday (2007) from Steve Bendelack sends him across France to Cannes. The animated series ran five seasons from 2002 to 2019 with Atkinson voicing the cartoon Bean.
Atkinson retired the live-action Bean after the 2007 film while keeping the voice role, and no new film has been announced. The TV episodes and the two films share one Bean, while the cartoon resets him for kids with Mrs. Wicket and Scrapper added.
