About Peter Rabbit
Peter Rabbit arrived February 2018 from Sony with live action and CGI bunnies fighting Mr McGregor for the garden. The Runaway followed in 2021 after COVID delays from February 2020 to June 2021, taking Peter to the city with Bea and Thomas chasing him through markets and streets.
Director Will Gluck said in 2021 he had a big idea half written for part 3, but Sony never greenlit it and nothing is in production as of September 2026. Watch part 1 then part 2. Part 2 assumes you know Bea, Thomas and the burrow crew.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order. Part 2 picks up after part 1 with the same cast, so release order is the only list. The Beatrix Potter books inspire but do not map to film order. No third film has been dated, so part 2 is the endpoint for now. Start with the 2018 film first for the garden setup.
