About Prashanth Neel
Prashanth Neel directs mythic scale Kannada action. Ugramm from 2014 set the template with its underworld rise, KGF Chapter 1 from 2018 turned Rocky into a gold field legend, and Chapter 2 from 2022 closed it as one of India's biggest hits. Salaar Part 1 from 2023 moved the same maximalism to a fictional city with Prabhas.
The films share a grammar of slow motion rises rather than a universe, so release order simply tracks the scale growing. Dragon with Jr NTR is filming since August 2024 and dated June 11, 2027. Salaar Part 2 is in active pre-production with shooting underway and no date. KGF 3 has no official date and stays out.
Good to know
Release order is the suggested path. The two KGF chapters must stay paired in sequence, while Ugramm and Salaar stand apart. Separate KGF and Salaar guides cover those sagas scene by scene. Dragon is dated June 11, 2027 and Salaar Part 2 is confirmed without a date, so both sit last. KGF 3 is only fan talk with no studio date and stays out of the list.
