xXx casts extreme athletes as NSA agents under Gibbons. The 2002 film sets Xander Cage against Anarchy 99, State of the Union in 2005 swaps to Darius Stone with Ice Cube stopping a Capitol coup, and Return of Xander Cage in 2017 brings Cage back for Pandora Box with a team of rebels.
