About The A-Team
The A-Team follows four Vietnam vets turned soldiers of fortune, taking weekly rescue jobs while the Army chases them. The run spans five seasons and 98 episodes from 1983 to 1987, with Hannibal planning, Face charming, Murdock flying and BA driving the van.
Watch seasons one through five in air order. Jobs stand alone, but the pursuit commanders and team exits stack in sequence toward the final missions run. The fifth season adds a general handler and serialized stakes, so it plays poorly without the fugitive years behind it. The 2010 film reboots the team and sits outside this order.
Good to know
Air order carries the pursuit and exit beats, which are the real continuity. The show ran 98 episodes with the van and theme constant throughout. Season five retools the format with Robert Vaughn, rewarding viewers who know the old rhythm. The team never clears its name on screen, so expect a stop rather than a pardon.
