About Ally McBeal
Ally McBeal follows lawyer Ally with John Cage, Richard Fish and office mates on Boston cases plus dating chaos. The show ran five seasons from 1997 to 2002 with 112 episodes, mixing court wins with dancing babies and bathroom talks.
Later seasons add Larry, Maddie and firm changes that assume the early crew bonds. There is no reboot or film. Watch seasons one through five in air order, since every case, song and breakup assumes the prior year. Cases stand alone per client, but office bonds and songs grow with each season across the firm.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order, since the firm runs straight with no flashback seasons. Do not skip seasons, because Ally John trust only lands after early cases.
