About Andromeda
Andromeda is the space opera Gene Roddenberry outlined before his death, developed by Robert Hewitt Wolfe with Majel Barrett producing. Captain Dylan Hunt is frozen by a black hole for 300 years and wakes to a fallen Commonwealth, then spends five seasons recruiting Beka, Tyr, Trance, Harper, and Rev to rebuild it.
The story runs season one to season five with no prequels or movies in between. Season five shifts tone after Wolfe exits, but it still continues the same timeline, so watch straight through from 2000 to 2005.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing. The series tells one linear mission across 110 episodes from October 2000 to May 2005, so release order and story order are the same list. Start with Under the Night and continue season by season through The Heart of the Journey, since season five directly continues season four.
