About Everybody Hates Chris
Everybody Hates Chris ran 88 episodes over four seasons on UPN and The CW, narrated by Chris Rock as a version of his Brooklyn teens in the 1980s. Terry Crews and Tichina Arnold play Julius and Rochelle, with Tyler James Williams as Chris.
Everybody Still Hates Chris premiered September 25, 2024 on Comedy Central as an animated sequel with a 20 episode order from Titmouse. Rock narrates again with Crews and Arnold returning in voice roles, and the story continues the family right where the live action finale left off.
Good to know
Watch the live action series first, then the cartoon. Release order matches story order, since the animated revival was built as a direct continuation rather than a remake. The original run is closed at four seasons, while the animated run is still airing, so the guide stays ongoing until Comedy Central sets an end date.
