About Farscape
Farscape runs four seasons from 1999 to 2003 with Crichton lost through the wormhole onto Moya's crew. The run was cancelled on a cliffhanger with Crichton and Aeryn crystallized, then The Peacekeeper Wars in 2004 resolves it across two feature-length episodes with the Scarran war, the pregnancy and the wormhole weapon. Release order is story order with the miniseries as the finale.
No season 5 exists despite German packaging calling the miniseries that. The comics continue informally afterward for readers. Streaming order sometimes shuffles early season 1, so follow DVD order for the intended sequence. The miniseries assumes all four seasons and cannot open anything.
Good to know
Watch seasons 1 to 4, then Peacekeeper Wars as the finale. The miniseries compresses a season's worth of payoff into four hours, so it plays rushed but complete. Season 4's To Be Continued only resolves there, making the miniseries required rather than optional. The show's episode shuffles on some platforms affect season 1's arc flow, which is why disc order is specified.
