About Gyeongseong Creature
Gyeongseong Creature follows Jang Tae-sang and Yoon Chae-ok in 1945 Seoul around Onseong Hospital experiments. Season 1 ran ten episodes with part 1 December 22, 2023 and part 2 January 5, 2024. Season 2 arrived September 27, 2024 with seven episodes jumping to 2024 Seoul.
No third season was announced after the 2024 run with 17 episodes total. Watch season 1 first for the birth, then season 2 for the return. The Najin and mother threads carry straight through the jump. The hospital basement echoes through every experiment with dripping menace and chains.
Good to know
Release order equals story order, so watch season 1 then season 2. Season 1 splits into seven plus three as a release quirk, not separate seasons. Season 2 picks up in modern Seoul rather than retelling. Do not skip to season 2, since experiment debts carry over. If Netflix orders a third, it would slot after 2024.
