- 2 Lost: Season 2 24 episodes, 21 September 2005 to 24 May 2006.
- 3 Lost: Season 3 23 episodes, 4 October 2006 to 23 May 2007.
- 4 Lost: Season 4 14 episodes, 31 January to 24 April 2008, shortened by the writers' strike.
- 5 Lost: Season 5 17 episodes, 21 January to 13 May 2009.
- 6 Lost: Season 6 18 episodes, 2 February to 23 May 2010, ending with the finale The End.
Epilogue
- 7 Lost: The New Man in Charge 11 minutes, released 24 August 2010 with the season 6 DVD. Not on streaming.
About Lost
Lost ran on ABC from 22 September 2004 to the finale on 23 May 2010: six seasons and 121 episodes following the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 from the crash onwards. Season 1 has 25 episodes, the 2007 writers' strike cut season 4 to 14, and the run ends with a two and a half hour finale.
Watch it in broadcast order, which is the only order there is. The one extra piece is The New Man in Charge, an 11 minute epilogue released on 24 August 2010 with the season 6 DVD. It ties off loose ends such as Walt and the Dharma supply drops, and it has never been put on a streaming service, so you need the DVD or a copy from YouTube.
Good to know
As of September 2026 there is no reunion, revival or reboot in production. Drew Goddard said in August 2026 that there is no active plan without closing the door, and Carlton Cuse has said he would rather let someone else tell a story in that world. The 13 mobile clips called Lost: Missing Pieces sit between seasons 3 and 4, and the recap specials rehash episodes you have seen. The 2024 fan documentary Getting Lost reunites much of the cast.
