About When the Phone Rings
When the Phone Rings is MBC's 2024 thriller romance about a spokesman and his sign language interpreter wife trapped by a kidnapper's calls. Twelve episodes aired November 22, 2024 to January 4, 2025 on Friday Saturday nights, streaming on Netflix in regions. The show marriage and the ransom plot carry the run.
The series is a single closed story with no second season. Its finale closes the calls. Watch the ranges below in order since the kidnap rules and the marriage reveal stack across the winter.
Good to know
Watch episodes 1 through 12 in order. The call mechanics and the interpreter thread stack across the run, so the finale only lands whole. No second season exists or is planned. The sign language detail sits inside the episodes as texture. The twelve stand as a complete call loop with the ransom and the marriage threads closing together.
