About Balatack
Balatack follows Yuji Iwasaki, who gathers four teens to pilot the Balatack robot against Professor Shaizel's alien invasion. Toei aired thirty-one episodes from 1977 to 1978.
Early episodes establish combination orders and the Shigan Hall base. Middle chapters introduce the Valentine spies and the underground city. Later episodes reveal the Shaizel royal line and close with the mothership assault. The officers fall in fixed order, so sequence preserves betrayal reveals. Watch the Shigan Hall combinations in order so each officer loss lands clearly.
Good to know
Watch in broadcast order. The series is episodic with a light serial spine. There is no sequel, since later Super Robot games retell the story separately. New viewers can sample early combinations, yet the finale works better after seeing the Valentine arc fully. Stick with broadcast order so spy reveals and betrayals land with full weight.
