About Gin no Saji
Gin no Saji season 1 ran 11 episodes from July to September 2013 at A-1 on noitamina about city boy Hachiken at farm school with new friends milking cows. Season 2 ran 11 episodes from January to March 2014 continuing the school year and business plots with spring work.
A live action film arrived March 2014 retelling early arcs in 111 minutes for theaters. The manga by Hiromu Arakawa ran 2011 to 2019 in 15 volumes and finished fully. The anime stops around volume 8 with no third season announced.
Good to know
Watch season 1, then season 2 for the school run in order fully from the start. The film retells rather than continues, so it works as an extra after both seasons wholly. The anime ends mid manga by design, which means farm plots stay open. Read from volume 8 on if the stop bothers you at all. The school festival run in season 2 is the high point.
