About Nichijou
Yuko, Mio and Mai navigate high school while android Nano just wants a normal school life with her young creator, the Professor. Kyoto Animation adapted Keiichi Arawi's surreal school comedy as an OVA and a 26-episode series in 2011, and either order works since the show is sketch comedy.
Good to know
Arawi resumed the manga in 2021 and volume 12 arrived in October 2024, but no new Nichijou anime had been announced as of September 2026. Kyoto Animation's 2025 series CITY The Animation adapts Arawi's other manga and makes a fine follow-up.
