About Tensai Okamura
Tensai Okamura led Wolf Rain in 2003 with Bones about wolves seeking paradise in human skins. Darker than Black followed in 2007 with Hei trading contractor jobs in Tokyo. Undead Girl Murder Farce arrived in 2023 pairing a head and a half oni detective across Europe.
The shows share hired killers and smoky bars but no plot links. Each runs on cool jobs before lore dumps. Release order shows his Bones action grammar hardening from snow fields to cage fights with care. The Bones polls rank Wolf high while Farce splits on pace.
Good to know
Watch oldest to newest since each pack resets its city. Wolf Rain first sets the snow grammar for the run. Darker suits contractor nights while Murder Farce closes as the cage peak. No next series has a date yet, so the 2023 detective run stays last until one is announced. The fan polls confirm the style, so give Wolf full attention.
