Fear and Hunger released December 11, 2018 on Steam and itch.io from Miro Haverinen about four mercenaries seeking Le'garde in the Dungeons of Fear and Hunger. It uses turn based dismemberment combat with hunger and sanity meters, plus coin toss saves that punish rushing.
Fear and Hunger 2: Termina released December 9, 2022 set in 1942 Prehevil during the Festival of Termina with eight playable candidates and a three day limit. The sequel keeps the brutal systems but adds guns and sigils, and it follows Ending A of the first game into the Cruel Age.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing since Termina sits about 350 years after the first game, so release order is story order. Play the original on normal before Termina, since the sequel expects knowledge of gods and souls. A third entry has only been teased with radical ideas and no date, so the current two are the full list.
